SHIPPING POLICY

I'm sending all parcels via DHL. The parcels are insured up to EUR 50 worldwide. National & International items with the service Insurance up to 50 EUR will only be handed over to the recipient or someone authorised to receive the shipment upon provision of a signature, anywhere in the world. If your parcel is lost or damaged, DHL

offers liability of up to EUR 50. You will receive a tracking number and you can check

the shipping status of a DHL parcel with the service on www.dhl.de/sendungsverfolgung.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchase a product at Chiamikeramik you are not able to return it back or exchange it. If your piece is arriving broken or damaged please send me an email chiamiceramics@gmx.de with pictures. Once a confirmation email is sent back to you a returns shipping label will be sent to you and your piece will be replaced.
